7 September 2012 - Today we had the opportunity to welcome a brand new student to our classroom! Amy has just moved from her home in China, and is very excited about her new home, school, and friends. Starting at a new school can be a very stressful experience, but Amy was not the least bit scared, announcing her arrival with a confident and friendly, "HELLO!" as she entered the class for the first time.
Amy is just learning English for the first time, so it is important that we offer her lots of support as she is developing these skills! Welcome to W.S. Hawrylak School, Amy!
